HI, I am Jackson, with eighteen years of experience working as a valet in numerous places from hotels, clubs to restaurants, I saw a need in the industry to stringently select staff and personally train them to ensure the high benchmark I set for myself.

This set the ground in 2008 to establish Hope & Haim Pte. Ltd.
I am proud of the staff we now have that represent the company’s values, and how they are able to create a consistently wonderful customer experience.

About Us

We undertake parking and transportation management services for various venues including entertainment and retail complexes, hotels, hospitals, medical centers, residential buildings, office buildings, airports, restaurants, and various special events.

We are fully equipped with Public Liability Insurance. This exclusive valet insurance provides for extensive coverage everywhere and so give our clients peace of mind when using our services. In addition, we also provide for Workmen Compensation to our valets, providing another safety net.
